I have a co-worker from Iran. We have worked to hard find common ground on
which to form a frendship. One of the things we have been delighted to find is
how much we both deeply love the poetry of Omar Khayyam. We both were happy to
find this site, It is helping my friend with her English Language studies,
having the Farsi text next to the English is ever so helpful...thank you!

Forgive my English... I think this is a very usefull site, in the name of
culture. However, it would be more complet if you insert the contribute of
Khayyam in Algebra, with his resolution of cubic equations. He wrote it in his
"book": Risala. Thank you.

I enjoyed the site but could not find any information about the pictures, or how they were supposed to link to the rest of the site. Are they recently painted? Did Omar paint them? What is their significance? Are they simply a decoration?
Thanks.
